New Accounts for Hayward Lumber

Hayward customers can choose from several different account options to pay for purchases – cash, charge, or drawdown. Establishing a Hayward account ensures the smoothest process of getting needed materials quickly.

Charge Accounts

Charge accounts are billed monthly. Payments are due by the 25th of the month following purchase. A credit application is required. The personal application is for homeowners and others purchasing items for their personal use. The business application is for all forms of business, including a sole proprietorship. Click on the appropriate application below. Once you have printed and completed the application, you can mail, fax, email or drop off at any of our stores listed at the bottom of this page.

Cash Accounts

Hayward customers can always pay cash if they so choose.

Draw Down Account

With a drawdown account, Hayward customers can pre-pay for purchases. No credit application is necessary. Pre-paid accounts qualify for volume discounts and allow customers to track their purchases using an online account.
